Several people have written me to inquire if the original hard cover edition of A Mathematical History of Division in Extreme and Mean Ratio is available.
I do have several copies and they are available at the original price of CAN$70 plus postage. I will include a copy of the corrections and additions.
The original is beautifully bound in blue cloth with the title in gold paint. The cover design is a "three diagrams in one" drawing by Fibonacci (c. 1200) used in connection with the computation of the volume of a dodecahedron.
